Medal Watch (Kinda) - Hale 5

2015 Hale 5 goody bag

No sign of the medal yet but how great is this goody bag for the BTR Hale 5 mile race on the 5th April!! last race before Brighton Marathon, eekkk! Least I'll have some nice snacks to help me cope with the pre-26.1 stress.

This is a new race, put on to replace Runcorn's Run The Bridge race which has been cancelled this year. It's flat, fast and a great race by all accounts so the goody bag is just a nice bonus. Looking forward to seeing the medal and t-shirt.
