Had a couple of bad days this week and couldn't run, even missed Track Thursday which is my favourite day of the week. The result is that mileage has gone down a bit but that's probably a good idea after doing plus 50 miles in the last couple of weeks. I'm pretty sure that Wrexham Half would had been a lot slower if I hadn't had a couple of days of rest.
My plan for the last couple of weeks in March have me doing 40ish miles each week with Timpell 20 and then Viper and Liverpool Half so it's probably not a bad idea to reduce the mileage down to 20 next week. After that then it's time to start the tapering for Brighton which is getting closer and closer.
