Medal Watch - The Dysynni Trail Fest Challange

Pretty medal for an event I've not heard of before. You don't often see 'flat' and 'trail' in the same sentence but apparantly it's "A flat scenic course". The races are in Tywyn on the 13th June and there's 5k, 10k, 15k and 1.45k (bit random?) options. http://www.wats-on-events.com/#dysynni
