Medal Watch (kinda) - Crazy Cow 10k

Bored of medals? No, me neither but those crazy people at Mad Cow 10k have decided that maybe we'd like a cow bell instead. Sadly I'll be at Sinfin Classic that day (31st May) so I can't make it but it does look pretty cool.
